Your fairy tale dreams can come true. Stay in the castle and feel like a queen as you look down from one of the rooms through the shutters onto the living room that surrounds the large fireplace in the center. Great experience right in the heart of Sequim WA. Eat on the 8 ft wood slab table placed in the rounded dining room or continue walking around and up the curved stairway to the 2 bedrooms and sitting area which has a day bed with a trundle. All solar powered. Truly a magical experience
The Space
The house is as unique as it comes. Inside the castle has rounded walls with a huge fireplace in the center of the house- which gives such an ambiance as you sit and watch it crackle and enjoy your time together. The house has been decorated with armor and Spears and other medieval decor.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. In the open space upstairs has a twin trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs. It is designed to be used in many ways withe two fold down couches which make into 2 beds or can be used as a family room for games, watching tv or watch one of the “castle” themed movies, or dress up in many of the costumes. Blow up queen mattresses can be provided and fold out mats by request.
We have just installed Solar to provide clean energy to the house. Dogs are allowed for a $25 fee. They are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. This is a great house for parties or events- since there is no one living anywhere near the house, please ask for the fees.
Guest Access
The whole house and yard will be enjoyed by you and your guests alone.
Other Things To Note
The house is truly a magical experience to take you back to your childhood dreams. It is decorated in medieval decor and you can step into the role with costumes and crowns. Children will be in their element dressed as princesses and princes playing with castle toys inside castle tents.
Outside you can eat around a large “round table” or sit around a campfire and roast your dinner. When the lavender is in bloom you can stroll through the field of lavender. It is just down the street from Carrie Blake Park which has a nice dog park and is bordered by the Discovery Trail. You can walk a couple blocks to the grocery store or one of the best coffee places in town(Adajios).
If you don’t mind walking you can walk a mile into downtown for food or shopping. Sequim’s downtown has a wide selection of shopping and food.

Of all the places to stay in Sequim, we chose this vacation rental house which became the cherry on top of our vacation on the Olympic Peninsula. It is a fun, unique, comfortable, and easy-to-navigate lodging. We spent the night dressing up in all the costumes and had a blast having dinner, in costumes, at the amazing table, and drinking out of goblets. We will always remember this Airbnb in Sequim and our romantic getaway there. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with!!! We highly recommend it for when you’re visiting the Olympic Peninsula!!
