Welcome to your own private paradise on the bluffs overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. This space is the perfect blend of ruggedness and modern comforts. From the electric fireplace to the wood paneling, every detail is carefully crafted to make your stay unforgettable.
Located in the actual middle of nowhere, in the woods off a dirt road on the bluffs overlooking the sea, our quiet 750 sq ft retreat offers the escape you’ve been craving.
(Please note that the upper unit is adjacent to two other lower units and noise travels easily, so guests will need to be mindful of noise levels. Complimentary slippers will be provided at the property, and we ask that you remove your shoes while inside. Pets and children are not permitted, ensuring that guests can enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay.)
Get lost in of the books from the wood shelving, spend the afternoon putting together one of the jigsaw puzzles, or play a board game while enjoying the view of the surrounding forest. The outdoor benches provide the perfect spot to take in the beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the Strait of Juan de Fuca, with a backdrop of Mt. Baker, Canada and the San Juan Islands and a soundscape of eagles, seals, herons, rustling leaves and crashing waves.
The shared backyard beckons with a hot tub and a firepit to relax and unwind. Use the airfryer in the kitchenette to create a delicious meal, or take advantage of our partnership with a local, organic private chef who will come to your space to cook you a three or four course meal (call us prior to your stay for details). Please also note that the backyard is an unstable bluff, so guests will have to exercise caution when using this sapce.
As the day comes to a close, make your way to the soft and warm plush king bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Guest Access
You will have an entire unit–kitchenette, private deck, king bedroom and bathroom with shower and bidet–all to yourself. Additionally, there are yard games (axe throwing & horseshoes), an 8-person hot tub & firepits in the shared backyard overlooking the bluff.

The Eagle’s Nest Treehouse Airbnb on the Olympic Peninsula was an ABSOLUTE DREAM. Everything in this vacation rental in Port Angeles was picture-perfect and accurately described. Easily the best Airbnb experience I've ever stayed in. It was warm and cozy inside and had everything you need to make your romantic getaway comfortable. The living room bed/nook was SO comfortable, we spent most of our days lounging around and enjoying the view. I would love to return to the Olympic Peninsula and bring my whole family to rent out the entire treehouse or the other properties on the lot in Port Angeles. Beverly and her team were super responsive and helpful! The treehouse vacation rental is something really special and made for an amazing romantic getaway on Washington’s gorgeous Olympic Peninsula.
